    Agreeing budgets and costs
    Monitoring progress against Master Plan timetable
    Preparing works content for offer document
    Agreeing development / redevelopment proposals
    Monitoring works progress post ballot and transfer

    Dealing with graffiti
    Dealing with crime, anti-social behaviour and tenancy enforcement
    Repairs services
    Housing Management service
    Staffing levels and where based

    This group will need a clear link to the existing Market traders meeting, which should also now include resident representation from the steering group if possible.

    Location of facilities
    Creating links with regeneration partners
    Instigating and monitoring Regeneration projects
    Creating links with Chrisp St Market Group
    Guiding and monitoring works proposals for the regeneration.of the market.
    Creation of a Market area consultation strategy
    Guiding and monitoring work of consultants for the market area.
    Open space strategy, play areas and parking issues.
    Highways issues.
