1. THE ESTATE GENERALLY
a) Car Parking – is it satisfactory? If not, what would you change?
58% said the car parking was satisfactory. The remaining 42% raised issues such as greater parking controls and more parking for the market.
b) Refuse Collection – is it satisfactory? If not, what are your concerns?
60% of residents were satisfied with the refuse collection. The remaining 40% asked for more regular collections and were concerned with rubbish left by the bins.
c) Paths & Walkways – would you like to make improvements? If so, what would you like to see?
32% felt improvements should be made. Issues included uneven paths and dog mess.
d) Lighting - is the external lighting across the estate sufficient?
46% of residents said the lighting was unsatisfactory.

29% of residents raised issues concerning accessibility asking for more ramps and lifts.
