- Present: Carol Farnum (CPT), Mo Ali (PPCR), Adam Kirkpatrick, George

Fennell, M Tough, Marie Litson, Marilyn Baltutis, Michelle Gordon, Mrs D Paul,
Oreen Kirkpatrick, Simon Kempson, Tanya, Valerie Durrance
- Apologies for absence received from: Martine Barnard, Hanan, Kamay Kaur.
- Minutes of meetings on 14th and 2lst October were approved.
- It was explained that we must consider all four potential independent advisors
before making a selection and so it was agreed that CPT will send literature on
each to the ESG members so this can be considered at the next meeting.
- The letter sent by the Chair to the council with regard to Flora Close, and the
council's response, was presented to the ESG.
- Mo Ali of PPCR presented the final marks from the selection process, and the
break down from each part of the process. The final marks were: East End Homes
(67.9), Poplar Harca (78.9), Solon (62.6), and William Sutton (71.6), so Poplar
Harca are deemed to have been selected by the Estate Steering Group. CPT will
contact each RSL to tell them of the final result.
