MINUTES

  1. Apologies for absence were received from Anastasia Edwards.

  2. Carol Farnum explained that Lansbury freeholders are not eligible to vote in the selection process. As Simon Kempson is a freeholder , this potentially affected his position as chair. A vote was taken, and it was unanimously agreed that Simon Kempson would continue as chair, but with no voting rights.

  3. It was explained that Labo have withdrawn from the selection process.

  4. William Sutton Trust presented themselves to the committee.

  5. Solon presented themselves to the committee.
