6.	Access to off road parking on Ricardo Street to Elgin House is restricted at school drop off time, it will be explored if traffic wardens can patrol.	LR	LBTH advised no traffic warden enforcement would take place. No enforcement control currently on estate. Once enforcement is in place hatching will be carried out.	Ongoing
7.	Recycling strategy to be made available by the end of September 2006.	BG/PH	Meeting held with LBTH . LBTH moving away from door step collection would like to have central locations for collections. Do not have resources to collect recycling from URSs. 9.	Query on Final Transfer Report Does the £19,000 per annum increase?	RH	The £19k covers electricity and cleaning costs. The cleaning cost could go up if price of cleaning does.	No further Action required
10.	What are the details of the grant for the canopy? In particular, can Harca change the canopy and, if there would be a cost involved, what would it be?	RH	The canopy is not owned by PH but we are obliged to maintain it. Currently 1 dangerous panel and 16 broken PH awaiting quotation. No works can be done in the market area without the consent of English Partnership as there is a covenant which prohibits no building, demolition etc within the boundary of the market because it's a Festival of Britain area.	No further action required
11.	CCTV Plan: Harca did not provide a date for the plan to be delivered, although it was stated in the previous meeting that they would do so. It was emphasised that "plan" means detailed proposals of what will be done when rather than just a drawing.
